Today if retailers are not transforming and competing online, they will be obsolete and put out of business very soon. Not only online e-commerce offers a much more efficient cost of operational costs, but also state of the art selected targeting. Over 56% global buyers today prefer to buy when their required user experience or shoppping experience are met such as the payment gateways, security, and so on.
The program is a one to one mentoring that ranges anywhere from 100 hours to 230 hours training and solutioning project to ensure that not only the business human capital is uplifted but also the entire positioning of the business to be online e-commerce fully online, integrated, and optimised.
Program Outcomes:
The Retail Mentee will have deep and detailed analysis of their current retail and digital assets performance and makeover in terms of new workflow, structure, and strategies.
The Retail Mentee will be able to pivot or set-up new online store in the recommended E-Commerce platform with custom capabilities based on the study and analysis.
The team for the Retail Mentee (up to 3 personnel) will get on the job mentorship and training on Digital Marketing and Marketing Technology Platforms’ Capabilities.
Finally the Retail Mentee will get to Implement Workflow Automations for Supporting Marketing Technologies to Optimise Online Performance and Conversions.
